Exterior waterproofing involves excavating by hand or by excavator 5 to 7 feet down the foundation wall to the footing. Then the foundation wall has to be striped /cleaned typical we use minimally 3000 PSI around 4.5 GPM and or a mechanical wire wheel attachment to full insure cleaning of the foundation wall prior to waterproofing. We then insure the wall is well dry prior to installing rubberized membrane with propane torches. Once the membrane is adhered to the foundation we install 1 of 4 optional type membranes protective coatings to our new waterproofing coating such as foundation wrap or styrofoam or coreplast sheets. Weeping tile then are replaced as required and ¾ clear stone is put over weeping tile minim 6 inch coverage as per code.
